• How does it work?

  Earn tickets by watching ads or purchasing packs. Use your tickets to enter pools for the products you want. When a pool reaches its goal, we draw a winner at random. The more tickets you have in a pool, the higher your chance of winning.
• How can I get free tickets?

  You can earn free tickets by watching Rewarded Video Ads. You can watch up to 3 rewarded ads per 24 hours to earn free tickets.
• Is this a lottery?

  Tihero is a sweepstakes. You can earn free tickets by watching ads—no purchase necessary to participate. Purchasing ticket packs is optional and simply gives you more entries.
• Are there limits on how many tickets I can buy?

  There is no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase via ticket packs, but the free entry method (watching ads) is capped at 3 rewarded ads per 24 hours to prevent abuse.
• When do I get my prize?

  Once a draw is completed, we contact the winner and arrange shipping. Prizes are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days. You can track your wins in your profile and our Hall of Fame.
